AnnaSoma Photography is a small studio with a big vision, dedicated to producing distinctive and exemplary images to suit the needs of every client. I believe that every person and place has a unique story to tell, and my mission is to translate that tale into a visual narrative.This studio was born out of desire to create strong, but beautiful imagery that documents the lives and personalities of real people. 

Drawing my inspiration from a family of photographers and filmmakers, I began developing a distinct visual philosophy while working on my Fine Art Photography degree at Arcadia University. During that time I was honored with the opportunity to exhibit my personal work at such prestigious juried shows like The Print Center Annual and The Perkins Photography Annual Exhibit, as well as a number of local galleries. I gained a wealth of technical skill and knowledge of the craft by working for several large commercial and advertising studios, but was ultimately drawn back to working with real people and subjects.

Motion film is a natural transition for many photographers, and my love of visual narratives has also led me to explore the exciting possibilities in video production. My approach to video combines a documentary style with particular attention to cinematic detail. As a freelance videographer I have had the experience of covering a multitude of private events as well as several large music festivals and live performances.
